The new Home Tech Zone will feature a variety of 30-minute live, interactive demonstrations and experiences that explore the most in-demand home tech products, but equally important, the infrastructure and back-end requirements for preparing and installing these technologies.
The New American Home® is centrally located in Winter Park’s downtown corridor in an urban-suburban community setting. This “upside down” show home is designed and built to achieve the National Green Building Standard “Emerald” certification, Energy Star, and net-zero status. It will feature three bedrooms, four baths all within 4,397 sq. ft. of living space.
This 1973 property draws lineage from Frank Lloyd Wright – a founder of organic architecture. The 4,081 sq. ft. featured five bedrooms and five baths, couple with various ceiling heights with unique angles that presented a major challenge for E2 Homes. A complete interior and exterior renovation will include a variety of features demonstrating a sustainable vision that incorporates current trends in the remodeling industry.
